Grafana 11.3
The recent Grafana 11.3 release introduced Scenes-powered dashboards, which brought some breaking changes for our plugins. We’re grateful to the Grafana Engineering team for their swift collaboration in resolving these issues. A special shout-out to Ivan Ortega for his support on GitHub issue #93327.
Following the initial fix, we implemented additional updates to ensure seamless compatibility with Grafana 11.3, maintaining the exceptional user experience our community expects.
To date, six Volkov Labs plugins have been updated to support Grafana 11.3. The remaining plugins will follow according to their individual release schedules and pending issues.
Total Business Suite Downloads
We’ve hit an incredible milestone: 26 million total downloads for the Business Suite, up from 24 million just last month! This achievement is a testament to the trust and support of our community.
Leading the pack is the Business Text plugin with over 8 million downloads, followed closely by Business Calendar and Business Charts, each nearing 4 million downloads.

Growing YouTube Following
As activity picks up in the fall, we’re thrilled to announce that our YouTube channel has surpassed 3,600 subscribers! This milestone reflects the growing interest in our content, and we’re excited to continue delivering valuable tutorials and updates to our community.
Release News
October 2024 was a busy month with 9 plugin releases, including three updates for the highly anticipated Business Table panel. This panel has quickly become a community favorite and a cornerstone of our offerings.
The enthusiasm for the Business Table panel is evident with a surge of open change requests from the community. We’re eager to keep enhancing this powerful tool based on your feedback.

Releases
In October, we introduced an exciting experimental feature in Business Table 1.5.0: Nested Objects/Comments. Key features include:
- Support for storing nested objects/comments in any data source, whether linked to the table or separate.
- End-user capabilities to add, edit, and delete nested objects/comments.
- Configurable access controls for each action, aligned with Grafana roles or backend settings.
- Markdown support for displaying nested objects/comments in cards.
All plugin updates are aligned with the latest Grafana releases to ensure full compatibility.
